Returns and exchanges
At PilaGlow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return an Item:

Submit a Return Request: Contact us at shop@pilaglow.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions on how to send the items back to us.

Send the Items Back: Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible), and ship them back using the provided label. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on items that are the wrong size or if you’d prefer a different color. To initiate an exchange:

We’ll send you instructions on how to return the item and proceed with the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability, and the exchange will only be processed once the returned item has been received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@pilaglow.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We’ll arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you.
How Will I Be Refunded?
Once your return is processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Please note that sale items (including clearance and discounted products) and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
