Why is my order taking longer than expected?

If your order is taking longer than expected, please track it using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email, or contact us for assistance.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please double-check the delivery location (e.g., front porch, mailroom, etc.) and contact your local carrier for more information. If you still can’t locate your package, please reach out to us at shop@pilaglow.com, and we'll investigate further.

Customs and Duties
